New Zealand Elopements

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Lucy. She knew exactly how to guide us through the day and made us feel comfortable without feeling forced or overwhelmed. She even brings you snacks! We are not people who naturally know how to pose or feel comfortable being the center of attention. Lucy has this incredible ability to make you feel beautiful, confident, and genuinely worthy of being the center of attention. She will make you feel like a supermodel. Our photos are absolutely breathtaking. We wanted our pictures to feel natural. Lucy's style made sure we aren't posed in traditional- stiff positions. Instead, our photos capture us laughing, being silly and actually experiencing the day together. She is also one of the most fun people to have around. She will teach you about animals, kiwis and how to look cool while rolling around in the dirt. We absolutely love her and are so grateful she was part of our wedding day. You will love her and you will love your photos!

Lucy as always did an incredible job. She's now photographed our wedding as well as our first big family photo shoot, and the energy, positivity, and creativity that she brings to her craft helps make photos fun for everyone, rain or shine (and in this case, rain + lots of wind). I was so worried when a storm looked like it was going to ruin our session, but she encouraged us to press on, was so efficient and positive about how to work with the weather instead of fighting it, and the results were dramatic and lovely. She puts everyone at ease, and it is so easy for people to be themselves around her, which truly shines through in the photos she captures. She went above and beyond helping retouch a handful of our favorites as well. If she won't come back to Colorado, we may just have to follow her over to New Zealand to work with her a third (and fourth..and fifth...) time as the years go by :). Thank you, Lucy!
