Sarah Goldman is a popular (according to her) family photographer in Charleston, SC. Like almost all photographers, she has degrees in something completely unrelated: Marine Biology.
In 2014 she moved to portrait photography full time with a focus on family photos. Many of her photoshoots are sunset beach sessions at Folly Beach, Isle of Palms and Kiawah Island, but she also works downtown and pretty much wherever you would like your photos taken.
She is professional, fun, timely and will make you feel comfortable in front of the camera. Her style is a combination of posed and unposed, true-to-color and always with a touch of whimsy...because we all need whimsy!
Her work has been featured in Charleston Magazine, South Carolina Wildlife, the book: Charleston, South Carolina and the Lowcountry: A Photographic Portrait, on Flip This House, Travel & Leisure, The New York Times, PPA Loan Collection Books (2016 + 2020), PPA Showcase Book (2021) and on the walls of clients all over the world. In addition to photographing families, couples, and events, she continues to work on personal projects and capture landscapes on her travels near and far. She is also an FAA Part 107 licensed drone pilot and underwater photographer.
