Tanja Davis is an award-winning portrait photographer based in the greater Charlotte area, helping families celebrate their favorite people and most meaningful moments with heirloom portraiture. She's known for her patience and her ability to coax a genuine smile out of a three-year-old who wants absolutely nothing to do with a camera. Her background in ABA therapy turns out to be surprisingly perfect training for working with small humans who have zero interest in cooperating. With 13+ years of experience, Tanja has been recognized as one of the Top 20 Portrait Photographers in Charlotte and featured by The Portrait Masters, ProPrints, and Creative Loafing Charlotte. She's an active member of Professional Photographers of America and a proud volunteer with the Gold Hope Project, donating her photography to families navigating pediatric cancer. Tanja is a wife and mom of three, usually with a sewing project perpetually in progress and a their next family road trip always in the works.
